Stacy RepultStacy is a Certified Public Accountant. She has extensive experience in the areas of financial management, strategic planning, international expansion, acquisitions and post-transaction integration. Stacy began her career at Price Waterhouse in the M&A tax practice.

Following Price Waterhouse, Stacy worked in strategic planning at Fujitsu-ICL. She then spent more than ten years leading the international finance departments at Cinemark International and FedEx Kinko’s, helping to drive profitable expansion into new markets throughout Europe, the Pacific Rim and South America.

At Sammons Corporation, Stacy led due diligence and valuation analysis, identified target private equity investments and oversaw portfolio investments. Stacy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University with a dual major in Finance and Accounting. She also earned an MBA in International Finance with honors from Exeter University in England, which she attended on a full Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship. She is licensed as a Registered Representative and holds her Series 79 and 63.

Stacy currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for 4Word and volunteers as a court appointed special advocate for CASA.
